RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Returns Policy
We hope you love what you ordered from Dellamae, but if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, that is okay, we're here to help!
In order for your item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all returns.
- must be free of perfume, body odor, deodorant or washing powder.
- must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.
- NO FINAL SALE ITEMS OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Refund policy
We do not offer refunds on change of mind. If there is a fault in your item we will organize an exchange, store credit or refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE*
According to ACCC we are not obligated to refund for a change of mind. Dellamae reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned in a condition that does not meet our return standards. This includes items that are used, soiled, worn, or damaged in any way. Additionally, items with excessive hair, perfume, or other scents on the fabric are also not eligible for return. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to the sender.
If your returned item does not qualify for a refund, we will notify you via email, explaining the reason for the denial and the item will be shipped back to you.
